If you are not receiving updated data when you look at reports, you may need to restart the program that runs on your server and sends the data to our servers. This may happen when a server has been restarted or it may have been blocked by an anti-virus program.
To restart the service:
- Click the "Start Button"
- Start typing "RSS" and choose "RSS Insights Configuration Wizard"
- In the upper right corner are the controls to run, stop, and restart the service, click the "Restart" button:
- Close the window and the data should be refreshed withing 5 minutes.
If this does not work, we may need to access the server to check the settings. Please fill out a support ticket in the upper right of this screen and we will call you and get it fixed.
